Recently I made a post about the things to know about Research Ops. In the final section of the post, I included some resources to learn more - something for reading, somethings for listening, and also other sources. But as that is only the tip of the iceberg, I decided to make a separate post — gathering in one place all the different podcast episodes and conversations that you might use to learn more about Research Ops in the winter and spring of 2021 and maybe not only.

Research At Scale

At the beginning of 2021, Research at Scale with Roy Opata Olende is the only Podcast dedicated to Research Ops and how to successfully make UX research happen at scale.

And in every episode folks from Research Ops share their experiences of how they are scaling research in their companies — about the process, the lessons learned, and not only.

Awkward Silences

Awkward Silences is a podcast from User Interviews where the hosts Erin May and JH Foster interview people who interview people and address all things UX.
